چکیده
Background: The “All-on-4” technique using 4 implants that has gained popularity in full arch edentulismcases recent years was presented as a modern implant-denture rehabilitation by Malo inLisbon, Portugal, for the first time 2003 and all-on-four concept began to be used atrophic fullarch mandibular maxilla 2005 emerged.Aim: evaluation of dental implant stability relation All-on-4 concept.Materials Methods: This clinical prospective comparative study organized from February 2019to March 2020 College Dentistry Teaching Hospital, Department Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery/Dental Implant Unit/University Baghdad. A total 15 Iraqi patients aged 41-73 years, 9 males 6females were enrolled this receiving 80 Dental (All-on-4 concept). Patients classified intotwo groups, group with 2 anterior axial posterior angulation 17°) B(All-on-4 30°). For both, surgical site dentalimplant examined hard soft tissues clinically radiographically utilizing OPG CBCT.Results: mean ISQ values obtained at each point implant, axially placed angled demonstrated significant increase (P = 0.000, 0.031 0.004)respectively different times. There angledimplants concerning 0.001 P =0.002) respectively than females. Significant correlationbetween regions three times periods. difference inangled between intervals 0.001) >50y. Success implants95.24%.Conclusion: All-on-4–style full-arch procedures have one highest success rates ofdental treatment; had effect mandible comparison maxilla. There irrelevant analysis result statical withdifferent variables.

متن کاملComparative evaluation of the stability of two different dental implant designs and surgical protocols—a pilot study
BACKGROUND The purpose of this study was to compare a parallel wall design implant to a tapered apex design implant when placed in the posterior maxilla using two different surgical protocols. METHODS Twenty-seven patients (30 implants) were divided into three groups. All implants were 4 mm wide in diameter and 8 mm long. Group A received 10 tapered implants (OSPTX) (Astra Tech OsseoSpeed TX™...
